Baby girl's navy-blue velvet dress by Beau Kid. Soft and slightly stretchy, this lovely design has a rounded collar trimmed in white lace with matching lace at the cuffs. There is a front ruffle and decorative buttons and smocking and ruching detail. There are buttons on the back and a sash belt that ties in a bow on the back. It is fully lined in soft cotton for comfort.
