Made in sumptuous navy-blue velvet, it has a navy-blue bow and white frills on the bodice and cuffs, with a matching frilly underskirt. Fully lined with a tulle frill for volume, it fastens around the back with a concealed zip and has a fixed velvet bow. It comes with a coordinating bonnet that ties under the chin with satin straps and is lined in voile for comfort.
